Nice housecoat. I'd put the pockets a little higher if it was me making this. Actually, I love jackets/cardigans/coats etc. that are designed with vertical lines (side to side) and would consider crocheting this one fine day down the line. So many crocheted garments are top-down or bottom-up so you have the horizontal look instead. Thanx for putting this pattern here on the forum.
