This would be great for an edging or for the roof of a gingerbread house.

    Hi,
This looks like the crocodile stitch but done differently.

    Is it easier or harder?

    Hi Choiyuk,,
This looks easier to do no twisting the project for going up or down. I have some very pretty soft yarn I was going to make a scarf with the crocodile stitch. I tried a test swatch to see if I would like the stitch. It worked up nicely. I think the video you posted would work up faster then the crocodile stitch. I have so many projects I want to do. I am currently working on a cross stitch picture of my grandson. This is taking some time to finish. I got the idea from a post on this forum.
So many ideas and beautiful things to make and not enough time to get to all of them.
Thanks for sharing your patterns and keeping me busy.

Hi Nova55, I agree with you a nice edge would work nicely.

Thank you for taking the time to explain. I love the crocodile stitch. If this is easier, I'll have an alternative.
