Injured My Shoulder
I haven't been able to crochet anything for a few days. I injured my shoulder and been getting painful muscle spasms shooting down my right shoulder and arm. Doctor has me on meds, cold packs, etc.

I have no idea how I did it. Just woke up with the muscle spasms from shoulder to hand.
