Hello to everyone! I just joined today. I've been crocheting for a very long time but I don't seem to be very proficient at anything but afghans and baby blankets/layettes! I am looking forward to crocheting something that I can wear!

Hi! And welcome! There are all kinds of patterns for wearable items on the internet! My favorite site is crochetpatterncentral.com. You could always start with a scarf or shawl-which are relatively easy for you because you have already made afghans! Glad you joined us!
