    Introduction

Hello. My name is Cindy. I've been crocheting since I was 12 years old; my dad taught me basic stitches. I stopped crocheting for several years and have really gotten back into it over the past three years.

I like to make stuff for people. My favorite thing to make right now are Amigurumi animals. I made 16 of them for the girls in Colombia when I went on a mission trip last year. Now this year, somebody asked for one and then it spiraled to MANY people ordering.

I've taught my son basic crochet stitches; he's 12. And now he's crocheting easy little figures that he calls Emoji's. He had 5 people wanting them already. 😀

Welcome. How fun to work with your father and son.

Your remarks reminded me of when my kids in junior high, their school had a crafts type day of fun. I taught the Granny Square to the kids and some boys were in the class because the other classes were full. I am happy to say they enjoyed it and told one of my sons they had fun. I had forgotten I did that. It was many years ago. Thanks for the reminder.
