Be Careful!
There are people who try to get into your computer. Shut your computer off as fast as you can.
Don't follow any of their instructions.

Just to let all here know "Microsoft" will never call you nor do they have any partners helping them. Shut down your computer right away and wait 20 minutes before you turn it back on. Run your system to delete add on's, browsing history and cookies before you surf the web again. Never let anyone have access to your hard drive to let them get rid of a virus for you. Make sure your virus protection software is current and updates installed.
Microsoft has a website where you can post scams and you can read what other folks posted.
