I need help interpreting this pattern, please.
    It's called "Boxed Waves"
    Starts - chain multiples of 10 + 2
So if I should need say 72 chains across does this mean it's 70 chains (7 multiples of 10)+ 2?
Or do I chain 60 as a multiple of 10 six times and add on 2 more chains for each group of 10, which adds on 12 more chains. Just need to know how to interpret. Sorry for the confusion.

Either way you get 72. But its 70 + 2. You can't do 65 + 2, for example, for the stitch pattern to work.

    Rlaccorn,

You chain the multiples for the number of stitches you want and then add 2. Your example of chain multiples of 10 (70) +2 would be correct
