Selling crochet items
Hi all, my name is Courtney, I'm 18 and I'm crazy about crochet. I made a blanket for my uncle to keep him warm in his nursing home and his granddaughters have requested one each from me. I made the one for my uncle as a gift so obviously I didn't charge him for materials or time. It cost m £30 to buy materials and it will probably cost me the same to make another one of similar quality. The blanket I made was around the same size as a single bed and the one I've been asked to make will be the same size or a little bigger. I haven't got a clue how much to charge per blanket as I've had a look around on the internet and I've seen a lot of varied prices, ranging from £25 to £250. Can anyone give me any help or advice? I'd really appreciate any help!
