Maybe this doesn't have to be a tutorial, but when I do a puff stitch, I seem to add length. How do you make puff stitches and stop at the end without making it look squished?

Hi Rania,
I didn't know this was called the up and down stitch. I made a square using this stitch. imalefty had posted this on 'Need a super quick afghan pattern'. I looked for the post by imalefty but couldn't find it.
