Ok thank you. Do you think a smaller hook than H was used to make the pattern? Or they used less double crochet or half crochet for the bobble? I tried to find bobble patterns that look similar to this one but I can't find any. I am trying to make or figure out the pattern myself. I planned to attach the pattern to a bag.

thank you. The flower pattern of the bag, I am not interested in but the popcorn, bobble or puff stitch. But the popcorn stitch looks smaller or there are less double crochets. I don't know. I am trying to find or figure out the pattern that was used on this bag. But thanks again.

I would try a G hook with 2 sts between bobbles.
