Hello! New here and not online much. My first post! Picked up my hooks again a while ago and have enjoyed some success - love my grannies - but this stitch just plum evades me! I end up adding stitches and eventually end up with an upside down triangle. Grrr! I don't know how i do this but I do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I admire your determination... a ripple pattern is usually down the road from a beginner. . You did wonderful on this. Thinking back many, many years, my first few attempts were always on a slant. Finally, someone fully explained just where that first stitch should be. Moppette...
