    Help please

    I'm working on a crocheted barbie sweater for my granddaughter. The pattern says SL in first st, then over ch- 1 sp and next sc, I know SL means to slip stitch but I'm not understanding the rest I would appreciate any help any one can give me

    As far as I can see you sl st in the stitch and then in the ch-1 sp and then in the next sc. Are you having trouble with the rest of the pattern? If so, can you post the pattern?
