Hi my name is Kathy and I live in North Central Kansas.
I learned to crochet when I was about 8 yrs old. I started with window shade pulls. I made doll clothes and when I was a young wife the crochet jewelry fad was popular and of course I made necklaces and rings.
I live with my old (14) Scottie girlie, Annie and Rosie my kitty. I enjoy crocheting and most all handcrafts, quilting and genealogy. I retired from a sewing center where I sold sewing machines and taught machine classes.
My husband and I had 4 children and we raised a grand-daughter, we have 3 other grandchildren and a great grand son. So I lead a nice busy life.
I am looking forward to being in this group and exchanging ideas.
