    Both Knees Sunburned

I was sitting outside by the house yesterday. I felt the warmth of the sun on my knees for a little bit but didn't think much of it. It was pretty windy yesterday. Guess what? I was crocheting. I've been putting Aloe Vera Gel on it and I had put some lotion on it. I put Aloe Vera Gel on it again this morning. There is still a bit of heat from the sunburn. Last night I put a ice pack on it until my knees were cold then I put the ice pack back in the freezer. I didn't put anything on it when I first came into the house, not until a couple of hours later did I put anything on it.
