I am new to this forum. I have found a crochet jacket I would like to make but it is in Russian. I do not know how to read diagrams?? Can someone please help me. Thank you.

1 row: (face side) 2 DCs into 4th loop. skip 3 loops, SC into next loop, *chain 3, SC into each of 3 next loops, skip 3 loops, SC into next loop *, repeat from * to *.
2 row and all next rows: chain 3, 2 DCs into the 1st SC. Make SC, chain 3, 3 DCs into each ark from chain 3, finishing (I DO NOT SEE NEXT PART BEACUSE BIG LETTERS ARE OVER)
