I am looking for a pattern for a Wedding name doily with date of wedding included and two hearts using 10 wt thread.

dancingbaehr does crochet filet names for weddings and frames them. I don't know if she puts on the date of the wedding.

I would like to obtain a pattern of one to do for a girlfriend of my daughter's for her girlfriends wedding in August. I wonder if dancingbaehr would allow me to purchase the pattern.

What should I drw besides names? "Marriage Date" too or only "August 13, 2016"? Will I add flower border or hearts border?
