Is there anyway to change a toddlers hat pattern for an adult to wear
For several weeks I have been hunting for a Floppy Brimmed Hat to wear for fishing. I really couldn't find exactly what I wanted, tonight I found a hat I just loved but it was for a Toddler. Is there anyway you can make it bigger. here is the Hat I want to make. Can anyone help me.

You could add rows increasing evenly and make it a slouchy hat.

I was think about that, I think it calls for an I hook, maybe I can use a K hook., not sure on that. Increasing stitches, for me wouldn't work, I am not an expert at crocheting.

Hi Meerkat,
I agree. Use a bigger hook. I made a 12 inch square pattern and it fits a pillow.Last edited by Jean Marie; 06-02-2016 at 05:16 PM.
