    shrugs I did for a community auction

    shrugs I did for a community auction-img_0732-jpg[ATTACH]14811[/ATTACH They are having a silent auction to raise funds for the new community center so I made these and donated them.....hope they do well......the pics don't show the beads I crocheted in which is a shame cause they really make them look great

    the pattern is actually on youtube, it's the red one laid out in a circle. I was using a 6mm hook and it turned out to be a small, so I added 8 stitches to the body part and it came out about a medium, I think next time I make it I will also add to the arm holes, about the same I think, 8 stitches to each side, it is still a little snug but unless you're a bigger person I can't see wanting the back/center piece bigger.....as for the beads, I just worked until the rows I wanted them on, broke off the yarn, put the beads on, and re=connected
