Latest Afghan
I made this for a friend who loves Alabama. He is getting married very soon; and is having a reception in June for all of their friends. As far as I know, this pattern is one that I created. I call it "Check in three".
The pattern is as follows:
6 skeins color 1 or combination of desired colors
1 skein for border
CH. 162
dc in 3rd ch, dc 2 more, ch 3, dc 3 to end of row. Turn. Ch 3, dc 3, yo CH (catch ch in previous row in dc grp). Pattern continues as 3 dc ch 3 until desired length reached.
Border: 3 rows sc in desired color
This is my first attempt at writing a pattern; so if there is anything you might not understand (or something I wrote down incorrectly), please let me know. I hope you enjoy this. I also hope that I have not unknowingly duplicated a pattern someone else has already published. If so, please accept my apologies.
This pattern uses groupings of 3 to represent the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
