    A Newbie

    Hello! I am presently learning how to crochet. For all these years have done only counted cross stitch. Other than practicing stitches, would love to know what anyone would think should be my very first project? Thanks to one and all.

    Hi and welcome! Perhaps you could make four scarves,each using a different stitch in colors that go well together. Then,with all of them the same length,they could be sewn together to make a small throw. Just a thought. imalefty
