stich help please.

I'm working on a pattern that calls for "ssbp or ssfp". has anyone done this stitch? Finished the project, but just used a double crochet so I could finish up.

I love reading about all the things going on, and just found a new project..the local Ronald MacDonald House in Salt Lake City. They need blankets and caps for the kids. Also can tabs if anyone saves them. I'll be around until Nov 1 to help supply them.
