    Help translating Crochet diagram

I need help translating a diagram to a written pattern. I do much better with written patterns than diagrams.
I know, it's Russian language. I really would like to make this shawl.

    Here is the translation
    -------------
    7. Cape transformer. Size - Universal. The model is crocheted.
    You will need: 150g brown yarn (70% wool, 30% akrylic 400 m 100 g),
200 g of yarn such as "Grass" for finishing; #2.5 hook for crocheting of palantine, #4 for finishing.
This model - a magnificent example of the author's ingenuity and skill.
The item-transformer allows you to play with the form, each time putting it in a new way:
as a stole or a scarf or hood. And if we make the ropes and holes to form a sleeve, then in a few seconds,
    you can get a bolero.
So, following crochet rectangle with scheme 7.
Make several rows of DCs with yarn "Grass" around the perimeter.
Then make collars from the middle loops of two long sides (see Fig. 7).
Crochet two long chain cords with wool. If desired, you can make the
lacing tippet along long sides of palantine forming sleeve.

    8 Shawl.
    The model is crocheted.
    You will need 600 grams of semi-woolen yarn (50% wool, 50% acrylic, 300 m 100 g); Hook #3.
Start from the middle of the shawl. To do this, make the chain of 20 LPs and join to the ring.

1 row: 4 LPs lifting, 19 DCs under the arc 1 DC into the 8th LP from the beginning.
    Do not crochet tight.
2 row: 4 LPs lifting, 1 LP, *DC + LP* Repeat 18 times, DC.
3 row: 4 LPs lifting, 2 LPs *relief (front) DC + 2 LPs* repeat 18 times, relief DC into 4th LP.
4 row: 10 LPs, SC between the 2nd and 3rd stitches of the previous row, 8 LPs, SC between 4th and and 5th stitches,
8 LPs, SC between the 8th and 9th stitches, 10 LPs, SC between the 12th and 13th stitches,
8 LPs, SC between the 14th and 15th stitches, 8 LPs, SC between the 16th and 17th stitches,
8 LPs, SC between the 18th and 19th stitches, 6 LPs, TRC to 4th LP of the previous row.
5 row: 4 LPs lifting, 9 DCs (under the arch), SC, 8 LPs, SC, 8 LPs, SC,
20 DCs (under the arch), SC, 8 LPs, SC, 8 LPs, SC, 10 DCs ( under the arc,
the last crochet is attached to the 4th LP the previous row).
    6 row: 4 LPs lifting, 1 LP *DC + LP* 9 times, SC, 8 LPs, SC, 1 LP * DC + LP *,
    repeat 20 times, SC, 8 LPs, SC, 1 LP, * DC + LP * - 9 times, DC.
    7 row. 4 LPs lifting +2 LPs, *relief (front) DC +2 LPs * - 9 times,
    SC under the arc, 2 LPs, * relief (front) DC + 2 LPs * - 20 times,
SC under the arc * 2 LPs, relief (front) DC * - 10 times.
    8, 9, 10, 11 rows crochet as 4 - 7 rows.
Crochet relief is made by the pattern ( face or back ) to make relief -
"comb" always located on the front of the shawl.
Crochet from 12 to 18 rows with pattern "checkerboard".
    Continue according to the Scheme 8. Make 19 - 26 rows, then repeat 12 - 18 rows.
Then make two rows of "shells" ( 19 - 26 rows ) and 7 rows with the pattern "checkerboard".
Finish work with one row of "shells" (19-22 rows).
The sides of the shawl make with thearches of 8 LPs and attach 11 cm long tassels.
