smoothies
Oh my. Purchased a ninja to make smoothies. Thought I was doing something really good for myself but you have to be careful-----too much fruit can give you a sugar rush and I heard from my chiropractor that a glass of orange juice is too much-- all sugar. So I guess that is the end of smoothies for me. Oh well live and learn. Just thought someone else might like the info. There are healthy smoothies but I don't think I would like them. I will stick to salads. GoodLuck

We make green smoothies every morning, they have kale, spinach and some fruit to make them taste somewhat good. If you want the recipe pm me and I'll share it with you! It is really healthy!
