Newbie here
I love to crochet, my mother taught me when I was just a young girl around 8 or 9 about 50 yrs ago give or take. It has been my savor this last year as I am a recent Widow. Crochet has gotten me through more than a few tears. I have 2 dachshunds a long haired male named Hershey & a short haired female named Kisses, we have helped each other & yet they have driven me crazy at times. Lol With God's help & my memories I'll make though what lays ahead. Lots of crocheting....

What is it with pets? they give so much but can also drive people nuts! I choose at this time to not have a pet but who knows what lies ahead for me? Maybe when I'm a widow I'll choose a dog that does not shed to give me comfort. Then again I could choose to crochet instead!
