    Crocheting over yarn ends

I crocheted over some of the yarn ends but then I find a small loop so I pull on the yarn and sometimes I can find the end of the yarn and other times I can't. And when I can't find the yarn end I end up cutting the big loop and weaving it in. And the yarn ends I crocheted over if it's not straight I pull it but I still weave in the yarn cause I don't want it to come out.

I tie a tight square knot and weave it in with the ends, OR tie one about halfway thru crocheting over them. I've never had a knot show or a piece unravel, so I'd say so far so good!
