Substituting yarn
The yarn I am supposed to use for my wrap pattern is Alpaca. Many yarns I have looked at are either too expensive or not available in the colour I need. It is a DK wight of yarn. Can you suggested an alternative, perhaps not so expensive substitute? Thank you.

I like Love This Yarn, Soft. It's an acrylic yarn, not the wool you are looking for. Try it; you might like it.

Knitpicks has some nice yarn that many people love, I didn't post a link but you can find it easily. And Craftsy has a great DK yarn, it's on sale right now at $2.10 per skein, normally 3.00. You should search their other yarns for DK, sport, whatever else you might like too, I love their choices, there is page after page of them!

Thanks, Harrieta,
It looks beautiful but I am looking for a darker blue. I will keep it in mind though for future.
