I got a flu shot and a shingles vaccine.

I got my flu shot a couple weeks ago. I haven't got the shingles shot though.

Got my flu shot on Friday. Right arm as I can't lose crochet time because of a stiff arm. Good for you guys getting shingles shot! I had shingles when I was 45 and that was before there was a vaccine available. Had them on my head and rash moved down my face which meant a visit to the ophthalmologist to prevent damage to my vision. While I am not happy taking heavy duty pain meds I was sure glad for them during the shingles episode!
