Hi Butterflyrose, I enjoy card making and a little bit of scrap booking, which I am way, way behind on because I would rather sit and crochet.

Hi Scooter, I've been crocheting since I was a kid of about 10 yrs old and I am now 65. Some things I can figure out, some things I can't. I enjoy making shawls, hats, scarves, ponchos, potholders and of course my afghans and blankets. I'm not sure I am a seasoned crocheter, but maybe intermediate. I'm excited about joining, but so far I haven't figured out how to send pictures, but I will. I'm also excited about making new friends. Thanks for the welcome!

Suzi Sparkles, The only crochet patterns are the one's that are very simple. When I was about 5 years old, our next door neighbor taught me to crochet. However, the afghans are VERY SIMPLE because, I haven't learned to read crochet patterns & so my afghans are not fantastic but, simple. I wish I could be tutored for more advanced crocheting but, it is what it is I don't know how to read most of the patterns & that's a part of why I crochet EVERYTHING simple!
