Help with creating from a picture

Hello neighbors,

I found this on Pinterest, but when I clicked on it to find the pattern it came up "no longer available". I've been playing around trying to create my own version, but I'm not quite sure where to start, i.e. ribbed hem, ribbed collar, or basket weave.
Anyone out there who can help me? I really love this jacket. And, to be honest, I love a challenge.
