This was my first time iwth thread. I dont care for it much. its so beautiful though... just really time consuming and to me its boring lol

That's beautiful! You know, if you don't like using thread you can use worsted weight yarn with the same pattern and a larger hook and make a rug!

Very beautiful. I'm looking for patterns to do small items as gifts, like bookmarks, coasters, etc. They have to be easy as I will need to make about 100. They are for a reunion.

You could check out Crochet Spot They are not free but the few patterns I have bought from there always end up as expected
