Wedding tapestry finished and presented!
I finally finished the wedding tapestry that I bought the design for back in January; the yarn in February and started in March. So I've been working on it for 5 months at least, 9 months total! But it's done, and on the 8th I presented it to the happy couple who were thrilled to receive it. They had no idea it was finished. They knew about the tapestry and that it would be huge, I had showed them the small picture of the pattern so they could tell me their colors for it. Now their plans is to take it to a framer for ideas on how to frame it for hanging in their foyer by the front door. I wish I could show you all the pictures of the unveiling, they were so very thrilled!

Wedding Tapestry finished and presented
and being FRAMED. I just found out they are having it framed and it will cost $600! It's going on a foam core with a piece of plexiglass on the front of it then will sit in a shadow box to give it depth. So, Andy explained, you will see the depth, then the tapestry. The framer is a premier one and she is on vacation right now but no one is allowed to touch the tapestry or work on it but her. When she gets back, she will frame it herself! WOW!
