our family of kittens
Hopefully this will post... Here is the 5 kittens and 2 smaller ones from another litter whose momma has disappeared. One cat had 5 kittens and her sister had 3 about 2 weeks later. Th momma with the 3 has disappeared and probably is gone for good. There are coyotes around where they live out in the country.
One of the smaller ones died and has been buried. . Now momma of the 5 has taken over feeding all 7 kittens. If you look closely you can see the 2 that are the smallest ones. They are at the top of the picture. One little one on the upper left looks like a bigger one is grooming it. Both mommas were the dark tiger striped like some of the kittens. I really love all these little ones! There is actually 2 pictures here but it looks like one big one the top one has all 7 kittens.Last edited by redhead; 07-17-2015 at 02:32 PM.

Sweet babies! I'd love to have a couple of little kitties but I don't think my cat would be too happy. He's hoping I'll get him a bird. LOL!

kittens
These babies are adorable and very lucky you took their mamas in. I am owned by 3 cats and loved watching them grow up. Please have the mama cat spayed before she goes into heat again. You might want to contact your vet for a list of no-kill organizations in your area that could help with the spaying cost and help you find homes for the kittens. Spaying is expensive but well worth it. The female cat is happier and makes for a better family member. Good luck at trying to decide which ones to keep when they are old enough to find their furever homes. I would want to keep all of them.

Those Kittens are so cute. I wish I could lay like they do, I can't figure how they can get in those weird positions.
