hello from Alabama!

my name is Francine, I'm 70 years old, of French origin, but born in Germany and in Poland. US citizen as of 1972. learned to knit at my mother's knee but crochet was self taught. looking forward to years of crochet now that I'm retired, it keeps me awake while watching tv. a little arthritis will not keep me down.

it's really amazing what a small world this is, I too live in Huntsville. I've been here 10 years, before that I lived in Phoenix AZ and in StLouis Mo, so the present hot weather is not entirely unfamiliar to me.
