    My first squares

I am kind of new to squares, but kind of not. I have been crocheting for years, but really still consider myself to be a beginner. I am not yet able to do advanced patterns. LOL

But I am in a couple of square swap groups on Facebook and wanted to share the two squares that I have done to swap within those groups. One of the groups is a 6" claim a square group and the other has 20 of us in it and we all send a 12" square to each person in the group.

You do very nice work. Your stitches are so even and the squares are very pretty/nice color combinations. Someone should be happy with them.

Welcome to the forum. I crochet mostly doilies in thread with an occasional afghan or baby blanket.

Your squares are beautiful, you do impeccable work. They're just perfect. I'm like you, I've been crocheting for a very long time but don't do complicated or advanced patterns. It's too much stress for me. I mostly make large afghans and baby blankets. And I like using pretty, bright colors because they make me feel good.

    Welcome to the group!
