    for balance

does anybody have one of these? You put one end between a door and put the other end on your foot - on your ankle. Lift that foot and stand straight if you can while moving your foot back and forth. You do each foot 4 ways-facing one way and then turning a quarter of a turn and doing it that way and then turning another quarter of a turn and doing it that way and the another quarter of a turn and doing it that way.

since the green one is longer it has more of a stretch to it.

does anybody roll a ball on the curve of your foot? We use a ball that from the pool table.

No, I have never done this one before. Have you been doing it? How is it working for you?

    Hi Barbara,
I do it sometimes, probably should do it more. I can balance pretty good but sometimes I lose my balance.

Rolling a ball on the curve of your foot is to stretch tendons so it doesn't get stiff and hurt when you get older.

Do you do foot circles like you do arm circles for exercise?
