Going Fishing Outfit

My latest project for a great nephew, due in August. His parents live in Texas, and fish. As always, used patterns, or parts of patterns, from patterns off the web, or pictures, Pintrest is a great help, for ideas. I choose a rope belt to fit with the country style, and of coarse hooks and minnow lures with a bobber to catch all the big fish. His folks will have to provide the pole and line. A fun project.

Lissacc, this is just as cute as your hunting outfit you made. Your family members should be so happy when they see there little fellow all decked out ready to go fishing.... I hope you get pictures of the little boys in their special outfits..

Yes, I'm hoping for pictures, but will have to wait a few months, I think the outfits are about 6-9mo. sizes. I like to make that size a bit better. Babies seem to start to show off their personalities then, and really look cute in outfits. Babies are cute, but I think at that age usually start getting cuter.

Thank you! It's hard for me to judge, but I think about a 6-9 mo. I made it for a newborn, and his Mommy can put it on him when he grows big enough. I did the same with the going hunting outfit I made.
