Prayers for Me Please
Hello everyone,
I had all intentions of asking for your prayers BEFORE I had surgery, but was so very busy all last week and weekend, that I forgot. Yesterday, I had a Cryo-Ablation on my heart to try to ease my Atrial Fibrillation. It required an overnight stay for observation, but I am back home now. I am a little sore in my chest and also in my throat, where they intubated me. The surgeon had to do 8 ablations!
Even though it was a complete success, I am still asking for your prayers for the operation to abate my problem. I know many of you have more pain and suffering and you are all in my prayers. I know the extreme power of prayer, so that is why I'm asking for yours.

I hope you feel better soon, Jo. I've never heard of that kind of surgery. I wish you well, and know that I'm sending out healing prayers for you. Sounds like you've got a really great husband looking after you.

Hi Shelley,
Thank you so much for the prayers! Yes, my husband is a wonderful caretaker. He's making sure I don't do anything I shouldn't. I can't drive for three days and need to take it easy for a week. I hate feeling like an invalid, but on the other hand, it IS nice to be pampered!
Thanks again,

Hi, dancingbaehr. I have had a short run-in with afib. Thankfully it is controlled by medication. But I know how frightening it is and I pray that yours does not return. I pray for comfort and strength for you and your husband.
