    Question regarding pattern instructions

When working with a pattern, what does it mean when it saws to “work even” for the rows 7-11?

I'm a little new to this, as you can probably tell.

It means to work your stitches in rows 7 - 11 in the pattern that's been established in the preceding row or rows.

It means - don't increase and don't decrease.

Yes, what Jean Marie wrote is right!
Freedom is not the right to do as you please, but the liberty to do as you ought!

Thanks, that makes total sense now. I guess part of picking up any new hobby is learning the terminology. I don't think I've ever heard the phrase "work even" used in any other subject before
