    Another newbie joins the group

    Hi, my name is Tina.
I am a beginning crocheter, new to discussion forums & left handed to boot so please be gentle with me.
I am excited to be here & look forward to learning a lot. I took one lesson at a local yarn shop several months ago & purchased some books but haven't gotten very far as of yet...
I have new granddaughter who I would love to make a blanket for along with learning & understanding all the "tricks of the trade" about chrocheting so at some point I will be able to make hats, scarves, sweathers, mittens, excetera...
Thanks again for havng me & I hope everyone enjoys their day!

Hi Tina, I'm glad you joined our group! I am also a novice! I haven't even posted a pic of the 3 afghans that I made for my grandnieces'. I'm afraid I still don't know how! I started crocheting about 40 years ago & then put it aside & started it up again last year. I do, however, enjoy crocheting immensely
