My Leaves and Vines square
This is my own pattern for a lacy square and a join-as-you-go table-topper.I love the way it morphs as you crochet it , it is constantly changing how you think it will end up looking. The celtic join and finishing border are the icing on the cake. I made it in thread, the finished topper was 196 squares in all (and only 34" by 34" ) , the sample of 4 squares shows the join and border better.

Wow! I dont know what happened to my pics to make them so big. Sorry bout that. It looks okay on phone, just looks huge on computer. I took pics with phone. The 1st pic is basic square, 2 is joined as you go, 3 is with border added. I'll try to take a pic of the topper.

Very pretty I use to be able to do such delicate crocheting. Made two doilies but I don't have the eye sight or patience anymore.
