    Hello all! I'm so excited to have found this site. I've been knitting and crocheting for over 30 years. It's only been in the last 2 years I've upped my game from basic afghans and scarves to socks, gloves and now my first jacket. It's forums such as this and the availability of awesome resources and access to fellow knitters and crocheters that have helped me get to this level. Thanks so much.     Thank you! I don't mind sharing. I just need to finish some things first! Although I guess it's ok to share work-in-progress which makes up most of my projects! I have so many projects, so little time!

    Hi Larisa, thanks. I used to make doilies. I haven't done them in a while. They are fun!

    I see you are from Eastern Europe - I'm in Macedonia at the moment - where are you?

    WOW! Macedonia. Sorry to say I am in urkain. I love to make filet pieces these days. Are there crochet magazines in Macedonia? It s interesting.

    Hi Sher and welcome from Alabama. It's nice to meet you. Good for you for upping your game and crocheting the more difficult pieces. I still love the easier stuff, big afghans, baby blankets, shawls and lapghans. I also make things with thread, doilies and bookmarks. I think you'll enjoy it here. You'll meet a lot of wonderful people in these forums.

    KL1000 - I hope you're safe in Ukraine! I don't know if Macedonia has good crochet magazines. I mostly access patterns and ideas from the Internet while I'm here.

    I've never done filet pieces but it is beautiful!
