After a little bit I began.to see something nice.

Working on this part has been slow going. I am a little farther along. I am really happy with this pattern. I got it from Mary Maxim.

I will add pictures as I progress.

Looks beautiful.. Knitted or Afghan stitch? The receiver of this will have one of a kind, made with love and every time it is used you will be thanked.

The pattern was done in sc. I had started it using the sc. I decided I didn't like it that much and went with the afghan stitch.

I also changed the colors used for the roses and ribbon to the colors of the wedding.

How very thoughtful of you to do that Bobbie Joe. Is this crocheted or knitted? xoxoxo Lynda

BobbieJoe, What a beautiful job you are doing, and creating an heirloom of love for some lucky recipient. This kind of afghan is enjoyable to make, but very time consuming...I made one , once. Have thought of doing another one , but have so many other projects that need to be finished first...Can not wait to see the finished results...
