Elsa hats
I am going to try to post some pictures of the Elsa Hats I crocheted. The little girls love that movie "frozen" . I learned also how to crochet the snow flakes that are on the sides of these hats and they are really easy.
I got so enthused that I am crocheting more of them ( snow-flakes) and will fasten them together to make doilies for lamp tables. I am using smaller ( thin ) yarn and smaller crochet hooks to make them more like doilies. Then I single crochet around the white snowflake with another color. I will take a picture of them later and post them .
I made small hats for the little girls and an adult size using a bigger crochet hook and left the tassle off. When I get ready to attach the braid I lace the strands of yarn thru the bottom of the hat and pin the hat to my jeans at my knee and braid as far as I can go then I end up putting the hat on my foot (toes) and stretch my leg out to finish the long braid. If I could take my picture while doing that I know you would all laugh at me because I probably look pretty funny with my toes in the hat and that long braid in my hand.

Your Elsa hats are absolutely adorable! I would have LOVED to have one of these when I was a little girl, even though the movie didn't exist back then. You did a wonderful job!
