    Greetings...

    I just found this forum tonight. I'm normally on FB with my FB group named "Crochet Addicts MD, DC, VA". It's setup for members to actually meet each other in person that is why it is restricted for people in that metropolitan area.

    I've been crocheting since I was 11. I'll just say, I've been crocheting for a long time.

    It will be fun to see what this forum has to offer.

    Welcome, Tory! I learned to crochet really young too. Probably 11 or 12. My grandmother and mom helped me learn to understand written instructions. But taught myself to read the symbol charts. I make mostly doilies, scarves, prayer shawls, and blankets.. I live and work on the family wheat farm and take care of my mother who was diagnosed with dementia last year. Happy crocheting!
