Baby Afghan Finished!
Finally finished the baby afghan for my friend. It is 33 inches square. Now it is time to go back to my Christmas afghan. It should be finished by Christmas 2015! I have started weaving in the threads on the squares I joined but still have 54 squares to join to it.

Confused and Vexed
I am confused and vexed. I finally finished the baby afghan I previously posted about. It's for a friend with whom I haven't been in close contact for the last several years but have known since she was 18 (a little over 16 years). She just had her third baby and that's who I made the afghan for. We stay in touch through Facebook. I don't have her new address or phone number. She only has a cell phone. I sent her a PM and asked for her address and/or phone number and gave her my phone number. She never replied even though she's been on Facebook numerous times since then.
I have no way to send her the gift and was planning on mailing it to her. Without a response I have no way to do that and now I'm thinking that I should give it to a charity or sell it. I guess my feelings are hurt that she hasn't responded. I know I shouldn't feel that way but we were close at one time.
Does anyone know of a charity that I can donate the afghan too?

I love your baby afghan!!! Beautiful color and beautiful work. Maybe you can get in touch with her through another friend!! At times I am away from FB for weeks!!! I think it is very sweet that you made this for her new baby so I would try once again to get in touch with her!! Good luck hugs Winnie
