Pattern to repair Mother-in-law's tablecloth

I am trying to repair my Mother-in-law's handmade tablecloth for Christmas. I have sewed together the parts that have come apart but I would like to repair the edge by crocheting some new parts. I have attempted to add photos (don't know if it worked). Could anyone lead me to finding the pattern?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Too late to help for Xmas, and I do not think I have seen this pattern, tho I could be mistaken, actually it looks like one of my snowflake patterns, but can't figger out how the motifs are put together. Are they sewn individually, or crocheted together?

I searched Google for this image and did not come up with any matches. Is there anyway you can post a picture which is closer? It may be more helpful for members to see.
