New to group but not Crocheting

Hello Everyone:
My name is Mary Ann aka lilacs4mum. I am in my early 60's. Live inn Texas, with my 2 best friends, a chocolate cocker spaniel named, Daisy Mae and a solid black cat named, Lovey Alvaria Diane. My best friends have 4 legs, and hearts of gold.

I crochet, knit, do counted cross stich and plastic canvas. My love is crochet. I have made many items. My 2 favorite are 2 afghans, A Dallas Cowboy and Angel afghan. I am widowed and have 2 beautiful children who have brought me 2 more beautiful children and blessed me with 7 grandchildren, ages 24, 22, 17, 15 ,14, 14,and 13. 4 boys and 3 girls.

I have health issued, but who don't now days. I enjoy crocheting and I have just made a new friend, who I am helping to get back to the art.
