Been looking for an apt for quite awhile(since Hurricane Sandy) and finally found a real nice cozy one
Have moved in but just sorting everything out was lots of work---since Im downsizing -cant keep everything from the house that was saved

Will try to get on more. One of these days will be here full time again

Congrats on your new home!! From what I have read many are still displaced from Sandy. I am in northern NJ which got wind and long power outages but no where near to the damage the shore experienced. Enjoy getting settled in your new place! imalefty

Yes a lot of people are still displaced--I was lucky to have a dear daughter to put up with me hehe

Still unloading and throwing stuff that I ll never use--one Grandson still hs 5 boxes of mine to go thru
weather has been good so far

Historia, I never knew it was so hard to find apartments. I am also moving , to Ga. My daughter hunted for a long time before she finally found 1 apartment vacant, it isn't where I really want to live but come spring I will be moving again when some apartments will be vacant where I really want to live. But I live in IL and since my husband just passed away I have only one sister here so I am moving to be close to my daughter and grandchildren. I also am downsizing and it is a hard job deciding what to keep what to give away and what just to pitch.
I am so glad you found an apartment you like.

Don't know if you have Over 50 apartments-- Age Im talking about hehe-we have quite a few and my son found this one--nearer to him
As I said so far Im satisfied and once the junk is put away or dumped will ge back to my crochet and reading! Hurraaay
