3 Cowl Scarves - Stash Busters!

I've recently made several cowl wrap around scarves for gifts. They whip up fast and turn out great! I like to add in a little sparkly yarn and vary the stitches on some. It's a great way to use up leftover yarn. I make them 60 inches long and crochet them in the round. Each wraps around once so it's two layers of snuggly warmth.

I forgot to upload the third scarf. It looks shorter than it is. It's also 60 inches long, in the round, and it wraps around twice.

These are wonderful! My head and neck get cold oftentimes in the winter. I imagine I could wrap these once around my head and at least once, maybe twice around my neck. I'm going to try and make one and see if it works. Thanks for sharing!

Fabina, I make my cowls about 60 inches in length before joining it into a ring. That way I can wrap them around twice for lots of warmness.

I like to do them flat in rows before sewing them together too, and sometimes I twist them once before sewing together, sometimes not.
