Hi my name is Berta. I used to crochet years ago and recently started up again. I like to make hats, purses, booties and I really want to try to make a sweater. I am still working so I don't have a lot of time to crochet, but I do when I can. I love collecting patterns.

Hi Berta and welcome! I'm a lot like you. I'm still working too, and after 20 years of not crocheting much at all, I picked it back up 3 years ago. My 2 boys are grown and on their own now. Everything about crocheting quickly came back to me. I've made some lovely items and a lot of chemo hats to donate to my local cancer center. I'm so glad you're getting back into crocheting again, too!
